SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
Once you have found the Model of our PHUKET MERMAIDS swimwear that you love, we know, you want it as soon as possible!
So, we will do our best in dispatching it/them to you within 1-3 working days upon the placement of your order with us, which is the time necessary for us for credit approval, address verification and order processing and dispatching.
In order for us to ensure punctual and effective delivery of your order to its designated destination, at the time of your check-in into our e-Store, you will be asked to provide us with a valid e-mail address of yours, to which we will send our confirmation that your order was successfully placed with us as well as all other information related to it. You will, also, be asked to provide us with a telephone number, in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you. When doing so, please, do not forget to include your country dialing code, in case we need to reach you over the phone as well.
Regardless of where you are in Thailand or in the World, we have set up for you 2 alternative Shipment Schemes of delivering your PHUKET MERMAIDS swimwear to your designated destination. Those are:
- Should you select our Express Shipment Scheme, a Flat Shipment Fee of either EUR(€) 8.00 or THB(฿) 250.00 or USD($) 10.00 (whichever of these currencies is your preferred method of settling your payment with us) will be charged on top of your order with us and you shall expect your order to reach you within 3 working days upon your receipt of our e-mail notifying you that your order has been dispatched to its designated destination. However, please, kindly note here that this Offer of ours is valid for and applies exclusively to every single order of our swimwear that does not exceed a total of 3 articles per order per time and which is intended for one single delivery destination only. Whereas, orders that exceed a maximum of 3 articles per order per time or with dissimilar delivery destinations will be subjected to recurring or additional charges of our Flat Shipment Fee specified above; or
- Should you opt for our Free Shipment Scheme, as its name indicates it, we will ship your order Free of Charge to you and you shall expect your order to reach you sometime within 21 working days upon your receipt of our e-mail notifying you that your order has been dispatched to its designated destination. However, likewise, please, kindly note here that this Offer of ours is valid for and applies exclusively to every single order of our swimwear that does not exceed a total of 3 articles per order per time and which is intended for one single delivery destination only. Whereas, orders that exceed a maximum of 3 articles per order per time or with dissimilar delivery destinations will be subjected to regular shipment charges that are in force at DHL eCommerce and/or KERRY Express at the time of your placing of such an order with us.
Furthermore, please, kindly note here that:
- All our parcels for International destinations are shipped to you via DHL Express shipping service, in the context of our Express Shipment Scheme, and DHL eCommerce shipping service, in the context of our Free Shipment Scheme. Whereas, all our parcels for Domestic destinations (within Thailand) are shipped to you through KERRY Express shipping service.
- Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, including Bank Holidays, are not considered working or business days in Thailand, during which time neither us nor the above-mentioned couriers will be able to process and dispatch your order to you. Therefore, before placing your order with us, please, verify the 2017 Calendar for Public as well as Bank Holidays in Thailand, by clicking on their respective links provided here.
- Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand, you will receive from us an e-mail notifying you that your order is on its way to you. This e-mail of ours will contain, also, your parcel tracking number, so that you can track and trace on DHL or KERRY Express’ respective websites (whichever is relevant to your context) your parcel’s progress towards your designated destination;
- Surely, we will do our outmost so that you receive your order within the estimated delivery time frames mentioned under your selection of our Shipment Schemes, which will, also, be specifically mentioned in our e-mail addressed to you that confirms your order, along with your choice of our Shipment Schemes. However, kindly bear in mind that these are still estimated or indicative delivery time frames and are not necessarily guaranteed a hundred percent. Even if we do our outmost in ensuring to stick by them, delays due to, for instance, customs or couriers, once your parcel leaves Bangkok, Thailand, may occur and are beyond our control, wherein we are not liable for such delays;
- Deliveries to some remote regional and/or rural locations may take longer than the estimated delivery time frames mentioned above;
- Conversely, your order may arrive sooner than its estimated date of delivery to your designated destination. So, please, do periodically check and track your parcel’s progress towards its designated destination and kindly ensure to have someone to collect the parcel at your designated destination, on the most recently advised date of its delivery; and
- As such, all parcels require a signature upon their delivery to their designated destinations. So, please, kindly ensure to have someone to collect your parcel at your designated destination, during regular office hours, on the most recently advised date of its delivery.
